About me

I became the Realtor I needed.

After my husband and I got married, we rented for two years. At 23 we decided to buy. We sat down, talked through our finances and bought a small townhome. It wasn't our dream home, but it was the right first step, and it set us up for everything that came next.

Back then I felt rushed and unsure of what questions to ask. That's why I start every client with a plan, not a showing. We look at your budget, your timeline and your options first, so when it's time to buy you feel confident, not pressured.

Before real estate I spent 12 years managing dental practice operations: budgets, teams and a lot of problem solving. I bring that same care and organization to every family I help, from our first conversation to the day you get your keys.

How much money do I need to buy my first home?

Often less than people think. Some conventional loans allow as little as 3% down, FHA loans 3.5%, and VA and USDA loans can be 0% down for eligible buyers. Virginia Housing also offers down payment assistance for qualifying buyers.

You'll also need money for closing costs, and sellers sometimes help cover those. In our game plan call we'll look at your real numbers.

Do I need to be pre-approved before we look at homes?

Yes. A pre-approval tells you what you can comfortably afford and shows sellers you're serious. I can connect you with lenders I trust.

What does it cost to work with you as a buyer?

Before we tour, we sign a written buyer agreement that spells out my fee. In many purchases the seller covers some or all of it, but it isn't guaranteed, so I'll explain your options up front.

Which areas do you cover?

I focus on Woodbridge, Lake Ridge, Dale City, Manassas, Dumfries and the rest of Prince William County, and I help buyers across Northern Virginia.

I'm moving to Northern Virginia. Can you help from a distance?

Yes. I do video walkthroughs, help you compare neighborhoods and act as your eyes and ears on the ground, so you can buy with confidence before you arrive.
